M5 data issue

hi i bought an experia m5 dual 1 week ago and I am having some issues with the data. I have the mobile networks and data roaming enabled but the 4g symbol doesnt show up and internet doesnt work

Did you try to download internet settings? From Settings -> More -> Internet Settings (You need to be on WiFi to do it)

It should only when you have network coverage. Why are you roaming? if you are abroad, you have to check with your carrier/network regarding roaming coverage.

I am not abroad but I thought it might solve the issue. So the 4g sign should only appear when coverage is good

I really think it's a problem of incorrect or missing APN data. Try to re-download Internet Settings (As mentioned in my post above) or contact your carrier and let them send you internet configuration messages.

Hi I fixed the problem it was with stamina mode turning off data and WiFi when the phone is locked

Nice you figured it out, but you also gave us inaccurate details of your problem as you said you don't have internet at all and 4G icon never shows..

I never tried to use data before as I got this 1 week ago, also the Internet didn't work when stamina mode was on and the 4g symbol was not showing
