Microphone does not work in calls

If I call or somebody calls me, my mike is dead, but I hear my ownself in the speaker. It is since yesterday I tried them all to make it work without results

More than once, I tried settings, diagnostics,tests. backed up my files, restored. Nothing!

I'm afraid this points towards it being hardware related so I suggest that you get in touch with your Local support team in order to get your phone examined further at one of our authorised service centers.
