Xperia c4 shutting down automatically

I have brought it before a week only and i am facing this issue..after some intervals its getting switched off automatically then it gives inaccurate date error in WhatsApp. I have tried doing software update in service centre but still no results. There must be now hardware issue..this is really very disappointing..i have 4 Xperia mobile phones in my home but after facing this issue in a week only i ll not suggest some one to buy that, i have said this with very disappointment.

how old is the SIM card? are you using the correct SIM card size or did you cut/trimmed it?

I have bought new nano sim card 5 days back only.

What's the issue tell me..according to me its a phone hardware issue only and i am not getting expected result from your service center.

Boot on >>> safe mode for few hours and see if you experience the same, if you don't then its a third party app causing this problem
