Xperia m4 aqua sim card problem

Hi everybody! Hope your first days of 2016 going well. Not Like me 😕 My Phone cannot receive any calls or i cannot give any calls right now. I can see 'sim card not working icon' on top of the screen, but i can see My numbers which are saved to sim card. Also i tried My sim card on another Phone. IT is working with other Phones. What is wrong with My Phone? I bought it Just 3 months ago! I need to solve this problem asap because i am using this Phone for My business.

contact your carrier and check if your phone's IMEI number was reported as stolen, also you can test a brand new SIM card, make sure that its the correct size, do NOT use trimmed/cut SIM cards.

No it is not stolen,i already checked imei number also i have warranty. I changed My sim card when i bought the Phone. IT is completely suitable with the Phone. Can it be A software problem?

if it works fine on safe mode but whenever you boot on regular mode it happen again then its a third party app acting up

I'm having the same or similar issues with my M4 on a LTE SIM, doesn't connect LTE, and starts a cycle H+ - H - Emergency Calls and H+ again, each 2 or 3 minutes. On january 2nd, they put a 3G SIM, not LTE, and everything worked fine.

Went to the Telco today after testing and installed a new 4G/LTE SIM and the issues reappeared, the people at the Telco told me that this particular model of M4 Aqua (E2303) is not working with certain 4G/LTE SIM cards....

Anyone?

Very similar issue with my brand new M4 acqua. Bought it yesterday from the local service provider store. It was working very fine and suddenly it cannot connect anymore. Even using safe mode it's not connecting.

Yes Even im facing same issue. Gave it to service center. They replaced Mother board all worked fine. But Mobile they gave was Dented all over and Back flip was not sealed properly.

Is your M4 Aqua compatible with your carrier's LTE frequencies? how is their LTE coverage? Do you have the correct APN settings?

Hi,

How can dust can peep to Front camera and Dented marks, Big scratch like it would have slided on concrete floor, I dont think shipping company would have done that and thats not my issue. I never took responsibility shipping my mobile. Sony is resposible to return my mobile with safe and good asthetic way.

I also have sim card not recognised on my M4 Aqua after only 3 months of owning the phone?surely this ought to be under warranty shouldn't it?when u think how much you pay for a contract only for the phone to give up the ghost after only 3 months not exactly what you'd call good service?can anybody give me more information regarding warranties?after all its not normal wear & tear & its definately the phone as I have tried multiple sim cards with same effect of 'no sim card'. Have been impressed with previous Sony phones less than satisfied with this one
