Can’t play or record videos

http://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/android-lollipop-problems/8/ This article generally describe my problem, I can't play videos from any online app (youtube, dailymotion, instagram, etc) but I can play video from their sites using google chrome ! Also, once I start recording the camera app crashes ! I've tried the solutions mentioned in the article but nothing changed The only solution that work is restarting the phone, but the problem return after a while ! I hope that the marshmallow update will solve this problem.

Are you using data or WiFi?

how fast is the data/WiFi?

boot on >>> safe mode and check again.

I'm on data. I've also tried to use wifi one time when I'm facing the issue but it still there. My connection speed is around 2 Megabytes per seconds. When I reboot my mobile the issue is fixed temporarily, so I don't think safe mood would help. Thanks for your response.

Test it on >>> safe mode and report back, it might be a third party app causing this problem.

I tried the safe mode and I'm still facing the problem. after spending some time on youtube, the problem happens again.

On other sites some people said they even tried factory reset and it didn't solve the problem !

I'm guessing it needs a official update from sony, I hope the new mashemallow update soplve this issue.

factory resetting the phone its not the same as repairing the phone with PCC. Try this, repair the phone with PCC > do NOT add your Gmail/Google account > do NOT install any app nor update any app, test the phone and see if you experience the same problem, report back.
