After update ringtone can't be changed

Hi I'm Lee. I live in SA. I recently got a new Xperia M5 and since my last software update phone doesn't want to ring with a song at all. It says the ringtone is the song but when it rings it just rings with the xperia ringtone

Try settings-apps-all,tap on 3 dots and reset app preferences.

You have to put the ring tone you want on phone storage not on Sd card. Then It will be Ok.
