      <description>lately my phone when it is idle on when costs need to use it or answer a call. Unresponsive. the screen is not damaged or burned because shuts down and turns perfectly, but when the idle screen does not turn off. What can I do?</description>

      <description>if you have both the diagnosis and the only one that does not work it is the light sensor. what do you suggest?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Often a screen protector or case can interfere with the sensors so if you have those you may have to remove them and try again. It is also worth performing the test in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008/jump-to/first-unread-message" target="_blank"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; after you have removed any protectors/case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
