Hi guys,

So, my problem is this: phone is a couple of weeks old. Works fine, except battery. I know what you're thinking "apps", but I close them after I use them and am not a heavy user (specially when I'm working, I don't check on my phone at all). I do use a watch with it but it's not everly draining either (it can still do nearly full days). Except now, it barely does one day.

I have done factory reset. I have done battery calibration... twice. It was fine after I did it the first time, but soon... this. Should i get it fixed or? not even the battery calibration seems to work, stamina seems to have become a joke... I switched from samsung to this because i always loved sony but now i'm regretting it a bit (this costs nearly twice my rent, it was a well thought out investment and i feel disappointed...) help?

Hi @AlexandraPeaches,

Welcome to the community.

It seems like you've done a majority of the troubleshooting already. I'd recommend trying a software repair next.
