If you wish to reboot your phone you will need to power it off and then power it on again manually.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As Quester said, can you elaborate on your 3G inquiry? Are you unable to use data over 3G or can you not connect to 3G networks at all?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signal strength may vary depending on where you are located, is the 3G signal weak no matter where you are located?&amp;nbsp;You could check with your operator and ask what signal strength you can expect in your location.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you haven't been in contact with operator about this yet then I suggest that you talk to them first. I also suggest that you get a new SIM card from them since this could be caused by a faulty SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
