Big problem, camera not working, overheating, battey draining, flashlight not working

Hi,

So from yesterday i have this big problem with my phone.

Everything was working fine, as usual i think but during the day i have noticed that my battery is drainng very fast like flash.

Also the phone is heating so much it is getting hard to keep it in hands especially near the camera. When i try to open camera app i can;t do this all i get is message that is it unavaliable. Whatsmore i cant turn on flashlight cause the icon is missing even though its on this fast options. there is also a problem with charging. During the night (8h) it was charged only 60%...

I tried to do hard reset it and also by pc companion app to fix it but still the same. I also tried to wipe the data cache from apps->.... and also nothing changed.

Any ideas what can i do or what is going on?

I'm very sorry to hear that

As even a software repair using PC Companion using PC Companion has not helped i'm afraid this sounds hardware releated. I recommend that you contact a service centre or your Local support for assistance.

Great it it the second time.

First time my motherboard broke after 3 months.

My phone is not on warranty so i think costs of repair will be to high.

I will never ever buy sony phone again. It is useless.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way.

I recommend that you contact your Local support in this case to see how they can assist you. When checking the IMEI you have registered in your account and your email address i can't find any records of you being in contact with them. Based on the IMEI, your phone may still be under warranty.
