    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been having a ton of problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the dual sim, a vodacom and a cell c sim, the cell c sim runs the data, but i can not change between the too sim card if the cell c data is done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unit is also distorting and damaging current fotos on the unit it self, and i have lost a few now, even doing it with video clips&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when charging the unit get so hot i can hardly touch the screen to check a message quick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i cant add my vodamail account to unit like with my gmail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please assist&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;For a first step I would recommend running a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair/m-p/1061294#M23" target="_blank"&gt;software repair&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to see if some of the issues are resolved, but it seems like you might have to arrange a repair with your local support team using the link in my signature.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
