Unable to access notifications when phone is held vertically

Hi,

I bought a M4 aqua yesterday and when i have the phone vertically and i want see notifications they dont drop down, but if the phone is horizontally they drop down...What can i do to solve this problem? Help me please

this happen on inicial screen or in all apps is the same...Happens everytime

Hi @Kobe_708,

Welcome to the community.

Does the same thing happen in safe mode?

Can you also go to Settings > About > Diagnostics > Test > Touch screen and see if there's any dead areas here.

I made the test and i cant complete the touch screen test...i cant clean the image on top of screen...how can i solve that?

You might be experiencing a physical problem with the touch screen. Was the result the same in safe mode? Also, do you see any cracks on the display?

How can i choose safe mode? This is te only problem i have with the phone....

You can try running a software repair (Click on the blue word to find out how) as a last resort, but based on the information you have provided I think it will need to go to your local repair agent. Use the link in my signature to find your local support team.
