      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I bought a M4 aqua yesterday and when i have the phone vertically and i want see notifications they dont drop down, but if the phone is horizontally they drop down...What can i do to solve this problem? Help me please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Does the same thing happen in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/td-p/348008/jump-to/first-unread-message" target="_blank"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you also go to Settings &amp;gt; About &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Touch screen and see if there's any dead areas here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
