Thank you, I have read some of the other comments and will give some of the posts a go, if all that fails I will definitely try your advice, one of the devices weak points is that it lacks storage.

I am having problems with the M4 Aqua, and judging buy the posts it probably is a bad quality product.

My apps, post pre installed, eg: Google Play Store and post installed: eg: UB Reader have frozon up and wont restart or open up. I have tried restarting in safe mode, rebooting the phone even hard starting the phone, using the reset button, this did not solve the problem.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem, is there a remedy without losing any information or data?

@Mickeyj62

Possibilities are that you might have lots of apps installed, got low on internal memory, or your system is aging with plenty of residual files lying around.

First try to go to Settings -> Storage, and wait for calculations to end then tap on "Cached data" and confirm their deletion, restart the phone and test if it's better.

If it's still freezing and acting up, I strongly recommend that you backup your important data saved on internal memory and perform a software repair using PC Companion using PC Companion. This will format the internal memory and install a fresh copy of last firmware. Install your essential apps first and see how it works.

I have tried the advice which required the clear data on problem apps as a solution, it worked on some, but still no Google Play Store Access. It seems I will need to go and use the PC Companion solution.
