Phone keeps restarting after software update

Hi, I've started updating my software of my cell phone this morning and it's been about 6 hours and it's stil restarting the whole time and installing some type of application.

what can I do to fix this?

None of my buttons work. It just keeps restarting the whole time. I left it and the battery died and when i plugged it in it just went on restarting .

Remove both SIM and SD cards and check again.

Hi @Jacoschade,

I'm sorry to hear this.

As well as removing any SIM and SD card, try forcing a power off by pressing the volume up (+) key together with the power key for 10 seconds, the phone should vibrate quickly 3 times. Try powering on the phone againa fter doing this.

If it doesn't help you should try performing a software repair using PC Companion.
