      <description>The message this headset is not supported keeps appearing even when there is nothing connected. I've tried Sony connect app forcestop,clear data, uninstall updates all with reboots to no avail any other ideas?</description>

      <description>It's stopped by itself??? It was showing the same message with head phones connected the ones that came with the phone.it was just popping up randomly. Maybe there was an update to smart connect.</description>

      <description>I am getting an popup of Headset not supported frequently, eventhough the headset is not plugged in. I have tried with clear data, force stop and again updating the smart connect app. But still now the problem is not solved. The popup is still appearing on the screen. Please provide me the solution for this.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could reinstall the app as a last resort.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstall the updates of the app and then reupdate them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
