Hi,

Could you try to remove the SIM- and/or SD-card and let the phone charge 1-2 hours before you try to power it on again? Just to see if it boots correctly.

But the phone do receive power when you charge it via the computer? If the phone still loops between the Sony/Xperia logo without SIM- and/or SD-card, I suggest that you try to perform a software repair using PC Companion via PC Companion.
Also, if you have the possibility, you could try another battery.

Sorry for late respond, it's charge when using via computer, but the pc companion said that it didn't find any phone. I did your suggest about charge 2 hour without sim and sd card, but the result was same.
