I forgot my screen password i have no idea how to unlocked my Phone.

This has been answered many times before. You have two options:

1. reset the password:

2. if 1 fails, you need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.

Hi @Z5locked,

As alexdon said you may be able to reset the password if you have enabled my Xperia previously. Check out the link that alexdon provided for more information.

If this fails you need to perform the software repair. It's important that you have the phone turned off when you do the software repair or else you won't be able to perform it. Alexdon linked a step-by-step guide that should be helpful if anything feels unclear.
