So, I've had my phone for just under 6 months and I've been listening to music or watching videos on it for easily 60% of the time; and all of a sudden my headphone jack won't work! (the left channel hardly ever works, the right channel is either, faint, not working or extremely loud) There's like a sweet spot that I have to place my finger for the headphones to work, and it's in the most awkward spot, so using that is out of the question.

Let me set some stuff out the way

It does NOT display the headphones not supported message
I have cleaned the jack
I have tried different headphones and the same result happens
I have tried all said headphones on separate phones and they work 100% for the other phones
I have cleared smart connect data

I could try factory resetting it but I want that as a last resort

Any help would be accepted
