Ringtone problem after Marshmallow update for Xperia Z5 premium dual

After Marshmallow update I can't hear ringtone, I try all cases of do not disturb / alarms settings and no change.
When I receive call I can hear ringtone even all volume is full and I dont use headset.

Does this happen with custom or pre-installed ringtones?

Can you test if this happens in safe mode? (click on blue link for a guide)

If it's not happening in safe mode, then there's a 3rd party app (non-Google and non-Sony app) is causing this. You have 2 options:

- Uninstall any apps you recently added one by one, and check after each app you remove if the problem is fixed. I suggest that you start with any battery savers, anti-viruses, or custom launchers.

- Perform a software repair using PC Companion, this will erase all your internal memory and install a fresh copy of latest firmware. You'll need to backup your important data before you proceed.

Z5 Xperia premium dual is not ringing

Phone is not ringing. Some time ring one time and sound disappeared. Sometimes it ring for few calls then it stop ringing for incomming calls. Same issue in safe mode. I try reseting app preferences and same issue still.
I really don't know what to do.

I have this problem since the latest update (32.2.0.0.224) with the stock e-mail client.

I have three different e-mail accounts with all different ringtones for e-mail. Not pre-installed ringtones, but ringtones I put on the phone (I have using this ringtones for years, so I know immediately for which e-mail account an e-mail is coming in). But since the last update alle the e-mail accounts use the 'standard' notification. When I click on the plus (+) to add a new ringtone, it selected the ringtone, but when I leave the settings, it forgets the ringtone.

Also Whatsapp etc. used after the update the standard ringtone, but when I went to settings to adjust this, it works fine with the new ringtone. Only e-mail troubles this problem. I've tried it in safe mode, but it still not working.

Are these ringtones stored on the internal memory or an SD card? If they're on an SD card, could you try moving them to the internal storage?

They are on the internal memory, just like before the update. This is since the new update. Do you have a Z5? Could you try it? So set an ringtone for the email (not pre-installed) and then look of it rings when the e-mail is coming in?

I have deleted all email accounts and by settings -> apps -> email -> cache deleta + data delete and it works again!!
