frozen notifiication after Android 6

I said everything in the title, the operator notification is blocked, I can not remove it and it is very unpleasant, if anyone know what this is?

Could you post a screenshot of your problem? And upload it to dropbox or google drive so we can all see the problem itself

If you tap and hold the notification, do you get the (i) where you can force the notification to not display?

Try as per what @CameronT said first

Next,try removing and then reinsert the micro sim card see if that helps.

Lastly,try to boot to safe mode.

Boot to Safe Mode

Press and hold Power Button > Tap and hold Power OFF > Tap on OK to reboot to Safe Mode.

See if the problem persist. To exit safe mode,just restart the phone normally.

I have the exact same problem. I tried the suggested solutions, but no success.

There is no notification in Safe Mode and I can turn off the notification by stopping the service 'cell information' (through clicking on the i on the notification) . If I restart my phone the notification is back though
