Camera stopped working

His pls pls help me... My camera suddenly stop working.. Xperia ultra c5. I bought this last Dec.5 2015 only.. 3days ago ago camera suddenly stopped.. I tried clear cache data and even reset but still not working.. Pls I need your help asap because I will need this camera, my family will visit me here in Singapore on Feb.5 2016 so I really need camera for our gathering... Pls help... Thanks in advance

are you experiencing error when using the camera? can you a screenshot of the notice/warning?

Camera error. Cannot connect to the camera. Those are the words pop whenever i try to use camera,

Please do try the software repair, but based on this:

It sounds like you might have to send the device in for a physical repair. If the software repair doesn't help, contact your local support team.

Hi,
Is software repair same with the factory reset? Because last night i tried to reset, and yet still the same problem.. Is the physical repair included in my warranty?

Not quite the same, PCC will redownload the software and install it.

Was there any compatible alternative camera software for xperia ultra c??? Because i think if i will bring this for
physical repair maybe it will take few days? Because this phone on feb 5..
