Power off button is not working.

My phone is Sony Xperia C4 dual. The power off button of the phone is not working properly.
I can't wake up my phone.
Please advise me.

If the phone has a protective case remove it, if it doesn't try to repair the phone with PCC, if that doesn't work then contact your Local support

I removed my phone's back case but it didn't worked. 😞

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours > then repair it with PCC

have you exposed the phone to water, rain, etc?
