Hello guys, I don't know where to look anymore in order to fix my problem. So it all started this morning, I was on my phone and it was fully charged, so I used like 10% of battery and 90% was left. After exiting application I locked it, and then a minute later when I tried to unlock it (pressed the power button) nothing happens. No respond, just a black screen. I've put it on a charger, nothing still not responding. I also tried to connect him to my PC using USB and PC Companion, but PC can't recognize it either. So I've been looking for some solutions, I really tried everything from Power Button+Volume Up/Down, pulling SD and SIM card out, pushing little power button near SD card but phone wont respond to anything. Did anyone have or had this problem? It's really frustrating.. Thanks..

Hi @lightbringer,

Sorry to hear this.

Have you tried performing software repair using PC Companion as well? If not then I'd suggest that you give it a try.

If it doesn't work then follow uliwooly's suggestion and contact your Local support team.

Thanks you guys, I've tried the recovery thing but still phone's not working. During the recovery procedure it says that I should press and hold Power Button + Volume up/down at same time if I have non-removable battery, but it didn't help. I guess I'm gonna try with my local support. By the way, phone is like 2 months old so it's kinda weird that this is happening but I hope there's still chance at fixing it.
