I just bought my Sony. First day I notice my selfie camera is not working properly so I change my phone for a new one. First day with my second Sony I noticed that he is automatically shuts down! Today I noticed the same. Did anyone has this problem?? What should I do?

Are you using the correct SIM card size? does it happen at a particular time? does it turn off or does it reboot?

I am using the correct Sim card size. It does reboot. Two times in 2 days . I have my phone only 2 days.

since this doesn't happen after you use an app, you might have to repair the phone with PCC, and report back

Do you have an SD card inserted in the unit, if so can you try removing it and see if the issue continues?

I stil dont have Sd card in my phone. I tried yesterday to repair my phone on Pcc, now we will see if it works.

Yes, my phone was back on handset after the softwere repair. It lasted almost all day without reboot. ( thats what I noticed, I am not holding my phone all day in my hands, maybe he is doing reboot also when I am not close... )

Hard to tell, it might be a faulty SIM card, it could be an app acting up

Please take your mobile to Service center. Dont believe if they say it will work fine after software update. They wil replace mother board, then it may work fine.
