M5 dual (E5663) IMEI not valid

We have a problem trying to register online of our Xperia m5 dual, when i enter the IMEI number or ID Number, it says The IMEI is not valid. can someone help us for this problem.

Hi noizap,

Welcome to the community,

Can you try the following for me.

Open Xperia Lounge > register with Sony Account

Once registered with your current Sony Mobile account, log back in on the website and let me know if the IMEI has been added.

Oh yes. On that registerlation page there is no valid IMEI.....ha.ha.ha.ha.ha..
Try that one also, always come up with invalid IMEI....since long time ago...

thanks for the suggestion about registering online...

would it have been better to repair your website in the first place?

links provided immediately lead to that site and not to xperia lounge or this forum
