In T2 ultra headphone are not working...or 3.5mm jack

When i plug headphone it's not working but the songs play in main speaker.I tried many headphones even sony default box headphone but nothing work's.
Then i cleared catche of smart connect but nothing happens, then factory reset but nothing occur. Then used repair at sony pc companion but it's not working
even i cleaned the jack but same happens.
Someone tell me how can i fix it... Without headphone am becoming mad.

How can be it an harware issue it run well with an third party app -sond about.

If it was a software issue, PCC should fix it.

Hi @sinha7animesh,

This could be caused by dirt being present in the headphone jack so you can try clearing it by blowing hard in to the headphone jack. However, if that doesn't help you should get your phone examined at one of our authorised service centers as Phy suggested.
