Alarm Problem

When I touch my clock it doesn't respond and thus doesn't get open. I am unable to set alarm from few days due to this reason.

Can you open it from the app drawer? You should be able to find an app called "Alarm & clock" there.

I can remove and bring clock on home screen easily.
But when I need to put on alarm it doesn't work.

Settings-apps-all, look for clock app, force stop and clear data. Try again.

first, are you double tapping the clock on the lock screen or the home screen? if will work on the home screen not the lock screen

second, you can't access the app drawer > clock app?

The app drawer is where you see all the apps. In the home screen, after unlocking the phone, should be the center bottom icon above the home icon.

Are you double taping on the clock widget or are you using the drop down notification bar?

@alexdon @Quester I've tested this on a Z1, Z3, Z5, Z5 Premium, T2 Ultra, T, Xperia S (4.1.2), and it works just fine, I've tested a Xperia X10 2.3.3 and Xperia Arc 2.3.4 and it doesn't work on those devices.

@K_P1 you should repair your phone with PCC or get your phone inspected.

Why is it that you can't record a video > upload it to youtube > post the link here?
