To add to this, can you also clarify if you have any Virus scanner or Battery type apps?

When I tried to be on the safe mode the issue resolved and the Bluetooth was connected fine
Is there any way to know which application is doing such conflict?
By the way I never downloaded any new application recently but maybe its related to any new update

Unfortunately that is the hard part, you could try removing a few apps and then testing and then continue until you find the culprit, although this may take some time it may be the best option other than reloading the software on the handset.
