All apps menu is not remembering last selecting sorting order

I am sorting all apps with installed option so it will show recently installed apps first and other apps in order when they were installed but after upgrading to 14.6.A.1.236, when I click sort by installed it sort the apps till the all apps screen is openend as soon as I press home button and go back to all apps menu I can see all unsorted apps,,
This problem was not there in earlier release, please fix this and roll out new update
Xperia z1 compact.

Are you using a cache cleaner, or taskiller or any app like that?

No i m not using any apps like that, i have also tried doing full factory reset, problem still there with no apps installed.

Try testing it on safe mode.

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu
3. press and hold "power off"
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

I have tried jumping into safe mode, I am not able to press installed button at all it was grayed out, as it was showing 0 apps installed in safe mode, so that button was disabled.

Safe mode does disable third party apps so this might not be helpful here.

The installed is only a filter as I see it. I can replicate on a Z2 but this is not an issue. The display options are these 3: most used, own order, alphabetical. Installed is only a filter to be able to see what you have installed, once and if you go to the home panel, it will revert to one of the 3.

Yes, but my query is, in earlier release it use to remain stick to installed filter every time even if I press home button or next button or even restart the phone, it is not happening now may be there is some bug this is what I was saying.

I cannot say exactly how it was because I didn't use the option. But I will try to get some info on this.

EDIT: @RajeevB I got information that before it was as you said (it kept the filter on), but on the latest updates this has changed. However, this is not a bug.

But we use to like that feature, is there a facilitate to submit feedback to Sony that we would like to have this feature in future releases..?

I am unable to play video content on my m4 aqua. I have done and factory reset which worked for about one day and now back to loading but not playing. I've also uninstalled the apps themselves which done nothing.
