Hi,

Sory my english is not good.

My xperia Z is orginal 5.1.1

I forgot my pin code for lock screen. I don't fix it using my google account. Because "forgot options" screen does not come. "Emergency calls" only on display.

You can only try this:

1. reset using this option:

/t5/FAQ/How-to-unlock-a-phone-w-o-reseting-reformating-the-phone/m-p/927295#U927295

2. if the first step fails, you have to perform a software repair using PC Companion
