Safe Mode

Hello, After getting my phone a bit wet it has now gone into safe mode. The software has been updated but I cannot work out how to get out of safe mode. Would appreciate someone with an answer

I have never seen "Safe Mode" on the phones. Can you be a little more specific. Please be advised that the phone may display a number of issues after it has been exposed to moisture, there is no permanent solution for liquid intrusion.

Hello, Yes I was surprised to see Safe Mode. Its in the bottom left corner.

Okay thanks for that , could be why I havent had many answers ! It just has Safe mode . in the bottom left corner.

try using Update Service

it will delete everything stored on your phone (not the SD card)

Yes done all that and still showing safe mode. Even in settings I cannot see how toturn safe mode on or off .

To be boot into Safe Mode:

Turn off the device
Power on
During start up, hold down the menu button as soon as you feel the first vibrate
Continue to hold menu down until phone has completely booted

try to turn your phone off, then take out the battery, then press the power button and hold it for couple of seconds, put the battery back on and turn it on see if it works if it doesnt then

Turn off the device
Power on
During start up, hold down the menu button as soon as you feel the first vibrate
Continue to hold menu down until phone has completely booted

I got the same problem to I updated my Sony Live with Walkman and my phone is displaying "Safe Mode" at the corner bottom of screen! Help! And I can't get rid of it, help anyone????

did you tried to restart your phone? or remove the battery for few seconds then turn it back on?

my phone also Sony Live with Walkman..i get rid it by restarting my phone..but i don't know why the phone i booted to saf mode even i did not make it boot to safe mode..if anyone can give the answer, I would like to thank to you...

just power off remove your sim card, power on without sim card, should should not see words safe mode again. after that insert sim card and power on again. It worked using trial and error for me when other suggestions on the web did not.
