Recycled z3 HELP! PLEASE HELP!!

How do i get my phone back from Sony ?? I sent it in for repair on a cracked screen in October and haven't had chance to pay for it fixing due to different circumstances but i have been in touxh with sony regarding this. Although i have just come on to pay for it repairing and it says my phone has been recycled when i asked about a week and a half ago to reserve it and i will pay for it repairing when i got paid ... i have my childrens pictures on my phone and my SD card init and want my phone back ASAP!!
How do i get my phone back ??

Hello all i rang sony got no help at all ... then Three my network provider and explained and they rang Sony. A few days later Three rang me and explained that Sony still had my phone and it wasn't destroyed. Then a hour or two later Sony rang me and explained they'd been a mix up and my phone was ready to be repaired. X
