Loudspeaker won't work

My phone's external speaker won't work again. I've done a software repair and have the lastest os 5.1.1 but still my external speaker won't work.

Hi renzdizon,

Have you performed a diagnostics test on the device?

Menu > Settings > About Phone > Diagnostics > Test handset

Check out the speaker and let us know what happens,

Yes, I ran the diagnostics but still no sound.

already done a software repair using pcc before I posted here but problem still persists.

I agree, this sounds like it may be hardware related.

However if you performed a software repair and then restored the handset immediately, then I would first suggest booting to Safemode to see if the issue continues.
