System UI not responding

I don't know if I am in the right section for my phone but my phone is the Sony Xperia Z5 compact.

I have been having issues with my phone restarting on it's own atleast 3-5 times a week. Before restarting the phone would slow down and freeze and then the LED light would be stuck on as it's restarting. After reading several people having the same issues, I decided to take some peoples advice and do a complete factory reset. Which I had done 3 days ago.

The only thing is, I'm still having somewhat the same issue. Although my phone hasn't restarted on it's own (so far) it's still freezing up and popping up with a message saying "system UI isn't responding" how do I fix this???

3 weeks ago I purchased a Sony Xperia Z5 compact and have noticed an issue.
My phone will freeze up and then restart the phone, the red light flashes like crazy and on the start up it'll say "starting apps" it's happened a lot too, I have no clue how to fix this issue. Can anyone help me, please?

You could repair the phone with PCC

Anytime, btw, did you moved the apps to the SD card?

Move apps to SD card? I don't know how I'd do that.

settings > apps > SD card > select an app > move to SD card
