Hallo Kiba Taiga,

Where did you buy your phone? There is no Sony Service Center in Kenya. I have a similar problem: my phone was bought in Germany and I have to organise its shipment to Sony. You can try and use your friends who are travelling/living abroad to deliver it to their nearest Sony Service Center.

Good Luck!

Hello,

I bought my Xperia Z3 compact last year in France but I now live in Kenya. My phone fell in the water and doesn't work anymore (I put it 24 hours in rice, etc...). When I charge it, the red led is blinking and the charging screen (with the battery) appears from time to time. It also vibrates sometimes.

I tried to find support online or to find Sony support in Kenya but could not find it. Is there any repair service for Sony in Kenya at all? What can I do do get it fixed? I also have no idea how much it would cost :s.

Many thanks in advance if you have any information!

Thank you for your message.

Well, the only two countries covered in Africa are Morocco and South Africa (the 2 farest from Kenya..). I better forget about my phone and buy a new one. Good bye Sony ;__;.
