      <description>&lt;P&gt;make sure you are in an area of good signal.. try to check your network settings&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;settings&amp;gt;mobile networks&amp;gt;preferred network type ( try to set it to gsm only then set to your preferrence.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;check your network operators set it to auto.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
