So, I've had the phone for just over a month and it jar started shutting down randomly. Even if I'm not using the phone, and even of the battery is at 80%+ it will turn off and say it had 0%. I've done several factory resets, removed all anti virus and battery monitoring apps. I've done all that has been suggested. My phone is vital for my job and as it stands it is next to useless. Could someone please give me some advice or assistance with this?
