      <description>If anyone has a particular brand fone that has a support forum without gripes and complaints,can they please let me know,&lt;BR /&gt;because since I've started using a smartfone,&lt;BR /&gt;I've always joined the relevant manufacturer forum,&lt;BR /&gt;and they all seem to be the same.&lt;BR /&gt;Having worked in quality control, there is an acceptable return rate based on units sold.&lt;BR /&gt;Although it seems like every second fone has faults, when judged against units manuf/sold it still falls in the acceptable rate.&lt;BR /&gt;I'd hate to see Samsungs' return rate or forum.&lt;BR /&gt;But I know,it doesn't help anyone with a problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Where I live, the responsible party is the place that sells it, like a network carrier,&lt;BR /&gt;if I need consumer affairs to assist, it will be against the carrier not the manufacturer</description>
