My xperia z1 power button ring fell off.I want to know if it will effect it's water proofing???

Most probably it will, all of the parts are water tight and losing one of them would suggest that your phone is not waterproof. Tomake sure, contact your nearest Local support centre to get it checked.

Just as Quester suggested it would be best to get your phone examined at an authorised service center through your Local support team in this case.
