How long it will take to send a new z3?

Hi, i had a Xperia z3 and there was a problem with camera. İ send it to guatanty and they told me that they will send me another device. İts has been 20days and still no progress. Does anyone have an idea? Why it takes too long to send a new device for a company like SONY?
