    <description>I have a Z5 and for a long time now my battery is being drained because messaging services keeps running. When i check the battery usage, it is always at the top. I force stop it whenever it comes up and that fixes it for a day and then it starts draining again.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to find solutions online but i cannot find any. Can someone help please?</description>

      <description>We'll need more info to better assist you&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;charge the phone 100% use it as you normally would then once the battery reaches 10%&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;settings &amp;gt; battery &amp;gt; take screenshots of:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. the list&lt;BR /&gt;2. tap on the graph and take a screenshot&lt;BR /&gt;3. back &amp;gt; tap on the top 4 items on the list &amp;gt; take a screenshot of each&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;post them all here or upload the screenshots to box or dropbox or google drive or etc and post the link</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you also check in your conversations if you have received any MMS that has not been downloaded? If you have one or more, try to download them&amp;nbsp;and if that doesn't work, delete them. An MMS might only be stored for a certain time in the network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
