Hello, everybody!

Recently, My Xperia Z2 is busy for a while after connecting WLAN or starting charging, and SystemUI often has no response. So SystemUI will auto restart, or the phone will auto reboot.

Today I added some icons to my icon pack app, after outputting apk, I sent it to my phone to install in a hurry. To connect the VPN with my PC, I reboot my WLAN router (WLAN is reconnected on my phone).

My phone said "The app has installed successfully", but it had no response and rebooted automatically.

Then, my phone cannot boot into system, it rebooted again after displaying boot animation for a while.

I have tried the red force power off button but my phone still cannot boot into system.

My phone is not rooted, not unlocked. I think the resolution is cleaning the internal storage and reinstalling the software with Sony PC software. But is there any better idea to fix it?

Thanks!

(Sorry for my poor English...)

think you are experiencing a boot loop. try to remove your sd card and boot up, if the was installed on sd card it might be solved by wiping the sd card.

however the best solution would be is to perform a software repair using PCC.

and be cautious of the apps you install , read reviews and view compatibility
