Back camera error problem

Hi can I ask about the problem of my m5 dual back camera,I can't open it,if I touch the camera icon it will display only that the camera maybe used by another application

Restart the phone and check again, also

settings > apps > all > camera > clear data

Yes I do it but still not working,I do the reboot,and restart also but the problem are still exist.

Boot on >> safe mode and see if the camera works

It is possible that I go to Sony service center in Philippines,to insure to fix the problem of my phone.if possible they can give me a warranty because I buy my phone on January 2016 in amerika.

only your Local support can answer that question, but I don't think it'll be cover since it was bought in a different country.

It is very difficult for me now to configure my phone using the PC,because I'm a seaman and still onboard now.we only used a data Internet connection in our phone,that's why sometime the signal will vary.

It's going to be complicated because you have 2 options

either send in your device to your Local support or whenever you can, repair the device with PCC

you could try this

settings > language & input > google voice typing > OK google detection > turn it off and see if that helps

I've seen users that had issues with OK Google and their camera, disable it and report back
