Forgot Google account credentials, can't authenticate My Xperia Theft Protection

I m a Sony Xperia c5 ultra user. I was active the my Xperia protection service. Last night I was factory reset my phone for faster performance but the reset I was lost my Gmail account by which I activated the my Xperia protection service. And I completely forget my Gmail user name and password. So now my phone want the authentication but I can't authenticat my phone coz I completely forget my authentication Gmail account.
Now how can I solve this problem ???

Did you try to recover your username/password from Google?

Hi @Ratul1,

I'm sorry to say but if you have forgotten the name of your Google account, and thus can't restore the password as suggested by Quester, you will have to send your phone in to an authorised service center.

You should contact your Local support team for more information on how you can proceed with this.
