      <description>&lt;P&gt;HELLO,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just opened a new phone C4 e5333 and i tried to make a call but the screen wont go off when i put the set near my ear,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the phone still on the original screen protector also i put down the protector and the problem not solved, i flashed the phone with latest firmware now the phone give pwoer off message and whe i press it screen turns to red with word Failed and some numbers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the battery is full&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any suggestions ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is no customer care in my country. thanx&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;T&lt;SPAN&gt;he most common reason for this is a screen protector or cover interferring with the proximity sensor. You can test the proximity sensor in Settings &amp;gt; About Phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Proximity Sensor. Try this with and without the screen protector.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah , i know&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after doing a factory reset , any Sony device will give a nsg sayin that you have to wait for the POWER OFF key ... so ur phone will bring the word power off to the front of screen and u have no choice but to hit it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;never mind , i solve my problem by third party tool via writing a secrip t to stop factory test in the first bootup after reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanx.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
