APP CRASHES and asks for feedback!!

When I tap on certain apps on my phone, for example CHROME or GMAIL, the app consistently crashes and demands some form of feedback. It is extremely aggravating but only seems to happen to apps that are pre-installed on the phone and cannot be removed. The only option is a force stop. What can I do?

settings>apps>gmail/chrome>clear data

does the crashing happen when you are in safe mode?

if the crashes stopped while in safe mode, it means there is an app that is acting up and might be conflicting with your other apps. try to review your downloaded apps

if it still crasing, you can do a software repair using PCC
