Bluetooth sending/receiving problem

I have a Windows 8.1 computer and I cannot send and receive files via bluetooth from my windows laptop to my Sony Xperia E3, and vice versa.

Microsoft told me to contact Sony for help.

How do I get the bluetooth to work?

I couldn't follow the step by step instructions properly, and I already have the latest driver version on my computer.

I just sent a file from my sony xperia to my blackberry, so now I know the problem is with windows and not the xperia.

In this case, you can try to reinstall the drivers or software for your BT adapter.
