Bluetooth Not working

Bluetooth was working fine , with only little issues with my Heaphones (sound cutting) All of a sudden the phone stopped pairing with any device, Headphone, Car etc. and it does not seems to recognize any device. This issue is intermitent it work once in a while but most of the times just does not.

I had tried all I have in hand, Reseting the phone, Do a Factory reset, use PCC to repair, used some BT apps to try to check connection and nothing has worked. The diagnostic tool in the phone does a TEST on the BT but it just shows that it passed, but the BT stills does not work.

I read It might be an issue with Lollipop but even after hard reset and safe mode it still doesn't work, for a minute I believe it can be an antenna issue but WI-FI is working fine.

Please assist.
