Remove PIN password?

Hi I need a universal code to unlock my Xperia Z2. It has a PIN password and Android 5.1 (Lollipop ). Kindly assist with code and Procedure to unlock

Welcome to the community, there's no such thing called "universal code" to unlock a PIN protected phone, what you can do is checking suggestions in this post:

/t5/FAQ/How-to-unlock-a-phone-w-o-reseting-reformating-the-phone/m-p/927295#U927295

If this doesn't work for you, then you'll have to perform a software repair using PC Companion using PC Companion, this will erase your internal memory.

Hi @klerk-2,

As Quester said we do not have a kind of universal code that allows you to unlock the phone.

If you do not remember or know the password you can see if you can reset it through the suggestions that Quester linked to, or you will need to perform a software repair using PC Companion which will completely reset the phone.

I don't quite understand your question I'm afraid. You are asking if you will be able to restore your user data? It will unfortunately not be possible unless you have made a backup of your data previously.
