Hello. I'm getting a message on my phone saying "Error: We are deeply sorry."

it doesn't open when I click. When I erase, it comes back a few minutes later. How can I know what the problem is?

I think this might be caused by a 3rd party app, can you test if this happens in < safe mode > ?
